What is Fractional HR?

Fractional HR provides your organization with access to human resources professionals and services without the need for someone in that role full-time.

Working with your team, we decide on the service level your organizations requires which will look different for every organization. This may be only a couple of hours of service per month, others may require several days - with the goal of ensuring you and your team have the support you need. 


Your assigned team will work with you to determine the right mix of onsite resources you need – but are always available to you when we aren't onsite at your office, because we know that HR issues can arise at any time.

UpSourced HR was started with the idea of helping small and medium sized organizations with their human resources needs. Founded in 2018 by Chris Broughton, it has quickly become a source of HR expertise for organizations in Alberta looking for support.

Chris Broughton, Principal Consultant, is a Chartered Professional in Human Resources (CPHR), a Senior Professional in Human Resources - International (SPHRi), a Senior Certified Professional (SHRM-SCP), and a licensed professional investigator in the province of Alberta.
